Remote Community Manager

At One Secure Innovation, we refer to our Community Managers as CMs! Our talented team of CMs builds trust with customers by providing reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What You Will Do
  1. Grow and engage communities across crypto-focused platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
  2. Work with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Use social listening tools to track trends and gather community feedback for improvements.
  5. Explain complex crypto and blockchain concepts in a simple and accessible way, helping our users understand how to manage their digital assets and navigate the industry.
  6. Host virtual events and activities to drive excitement, like token launches or NFT drops.

Remote Fund Operations Manager

As a One Secure Innovation Fund Operations Manager, you will connect and form relationships with our customers across multiple channels, making them feel heard, supported and resolving their issues efficiently.

What You Will Do
  1. Managing purchases, sales, and transfers of fund shares, including capital calls and distributions.
  2. Preparing and reviewing accurate financial statements, valuations (NAV), and various regulatory reports, ensuring data aligns across systems..
  3. Ensuring all operations adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., SEC rules), internal policies, and managing operational risks.
  4. Coordinating with external parties like fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and brokers.
  5. Identifying and implementing improvements to operational workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Monitoring and managing fund cash positions and movements.

Benefits

  • Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance.
  • PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a semi-flexible schedule.
  • Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
  • Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.

Who You Are

We're seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Residency: You reside within the AMER Region, specifically in the UTC -10 to UTC -4 time zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern).
  • Availability: You are available to work 40 hours per week, including at least one 8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday. You are also comfortable working all shifts until 0 UTC (8pm Eastern Standard Time).
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent written English skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
  • Customer Service Orientation: You demonstrate empathy towards customers, even with simple issues. You are inquisitive and enjoy troubleshooting to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented and capable of providing thorough responses to customers. You can also transform customer concerns into valuable product feedback.
  • Technical Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of digital assets, including security, confirmations, block times, and network fees. You are tech-savvy and possess general computer knowledge, including familiarity with your own operating system.
  • Work Ethic: You are a self-starter who excels with minimal supervision and thrives in a remote work environment. You can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining high-performance standards. You are also highly coachable and take responsibility for your actions.

Our hiring process consists of several different stages.

Assessment: If your application indicates a potential fit for the role, we'll send you an assessment with a strict 72-hour completion deadline. Please monitor your email, including your spam folder, for communication from One Secure Innovation.

Training: The training period lasts 16 business days and is paid at $31 per hour for Community manager and $32 per hour for Fund operations manager. Salary is paid upon completion of training. Your manager will provide guidance via phone and email throughout the training. You'll need a phone with a good internet connection or a laptop.

Recruiter Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to schedule an interview with a recruiter. This interview will help us get to know you better and discuss our company culture, your interest in One Secure Innovation, and your career goals.
